When you write to us (contact form or e-mail) from an e-mail address that matches a paid order, an automated assistant (AI) may analyse your message to find your orders and re-send your proofs (photos, videos, certificate) or prepare a reply. For this, the text of your message (subject, content, quoted order numbers) may be sent to our artificial-intelligence provider (OpenAI); your name, e-mail address and phone number are not sent. Our team can review, correct or replace every reply, and messages from unknown addresses are not processed by the AI. You can object to this processing by writing to contact@treedon.com.
